Any shipping claims (damaged or “short” shipments) must be made within 5 days from the date of receipt of order. Keep all packaging material intact. Notify carrier immediately if there is damage to contents.

All sales are final, no refunds. Defective or wrong items shipped will be exchanged. No merchandise will be accepted for “return” without a valid Merchandise Return Authorization (MRA).

Requests for an MRA for any part must be received by Andrews Electronics within 30 days from invoice date.

A special shipping address label provided by Andrews Electronics must be used to ID your package. No “collect” shipments will be accepted.

Parts being returned as defective must be accompanied by a properly completed warranty form, as required by the manufacturer. Defective items will be replaced at no charge.

Items that Andrews Electronics has shipped in error and need to be returned must be in saleable condition, new, unused, in the original unblemished factory packaging, with any original seals intact. Parts that have been installed or are found not to be in saleable condition (excluding defectives), will be disposed of, with no further liability to the customer on our part.
